Scholarship Opportunity

If you are a Senior and ready to take the next step from home to a college campus Bossier Federal Credit Union would like to help you on your way to a higher education.  Bossier Federal has established a scholarship opportunity for any high school senior in Caddo, Bossier or Webster parish entering college in the Fall of 2025.  Any student interested in this opportunity simply needs to turn in a completed application, a current official transcript, and a typed, double-spaced essay of approximately 500 words.

The assigned essay topic is: “Imagine you are granted the power to create a new holiday. What would it celebrate, how would people observe it, and why do you think it’s important for the world to have this day?”

Bossier Federal’s scholarship program will award $2,500 in scholarship money this year! For more information on requirements and the selection process, please see our scholarship application. Applications will soon be available in all of our branches, on our website below, and in all Caddo, Bossier and Webster parish high schools.  All applications must be submitted by 5 pm online, or postmarked by March 10, 2025 for consideration.  Winner(s) will be notified no later than March 25, 2025.
