Cookie Cake Deliveries 2026
What started as a sweet surprise more than a decade ago, has grown into one of our favorite annual traditions — delivering cookie cakes to every Bossier Parish school and office. It’s our way of kicking off the year with gratitude & encouragement.
St George’s Food Box Donation
Bossier Federal proudly donated $1,250 to St. George’s Food Box, helping ensure families in our community have access to nutritious meals and essential support. Their team works tirelessly to serve neighbors with dignity, compassion, and hope — and we’re honored to stand beside them.
BPSO Donation 2026
Community support is at the heart of who we are-and we were honored to give back in a big way! We were thrilled to present $1,250 to the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office Operation Blessing, fueling their mission to provide essential food and support to families across our parish.
Nova’s Heart Donation 2026
We proudly donated $2,500 to Nova’s Heart, a nonprofit making a powerful impact by caring for the pets of individuals experiencing homelessness with food, supplies, and compassion. Moments like these remind us why community matters.
BRTA Luncheon 2026
Every year we are so honored to be invited to attend the Annual Bossier Retired Teachers Association Luncheon. As a ticket of our gratitude, we donated a brand-new TV to be drawn as a prize!
BYL Kickoff 2026
Bossier Youth Leadership kicked off another incredible year — and we couldn’t be prouder to cheer on these future leaders! We’re especially proud that our VP of Marketing serves on the BYL Committee, helping support and guide these students as they grow, connect, and lead. New Teacher Orientation & Pack the Bus
There’s something truly special about serving the community that has shaped us. Whether it’s lending a hand, donating resources, or simply showing up with breakfast— giving back reminds us how connected we really are. We were honored to provide breakfast for hundreds of new teachers entering the Bossier School System. And then we rounded it out with a fabulous donation to the Bossier Chamber of Commerce’s Pack the Bus Drive.
Annual Backpack Giveaway
We teamed up with Connoisseur Media to make sure local students head back to school confident and prepared! 🍎 Saturday, July 25 at Caddo Sheriff’s Safety Town over 700 kids received free backpacks, school supplies, and a fun morning celebrating our amazing community!
United Way’s Day of Caring
Laissez les bons temps rouler… for a great cause! 💜💚💛 Today our team spent United Way’s Day of Caring volunteering with Geaux 4 Kids, helping pack clothing bags for children & teens. Proud to volunteer and support an organization that brings comfort, confidence, and care to children entering the foster system — one bag at a time.

Little Free Library
📚✨ A Special Tribute Through the Gift of Reading ✨📚 We’re proud to share that our Little Free Library is now open to the community at our Main Branch (1961 Airline Drive)! Created to spark a love of reading—especially among children—this little library offers easy access to books that inspire curiosity, imagination, and lifelong learning. This project holds a very special place in our hearts. It is dedicated in loving memory of our dear coworker, Doris Randle, whose kindness, passion for community, and unwavering love for children touched everyone who knew her. Doris believed deeply in the power of books to change lives, and her spirit continues to shine through every story shared here. 🌟 Doris’s legacy lives on each time someone borrows a book, discovers a new favorite story, or donates a book for others to enjoy. All Staff Training Day 2026
🎮 Leveling Up at our annual All Staff Training Day! 🍄✨ Our team powered up last Monday while our branches were closed for President’s Day with a Super Mario Bros.–themed staff training, and it was an absolute blast. From team challenges to creative activities, everyone jumped in with the same enthusiasm Mario brings to smashing bricks and saving the day. A huge thank‑you to our guest speaker, Matt Brauning, for bringing incredible insight, energy, and inspiration. His session gave us the boost we needed to take on the “next world” with confidence. We wrapped the day feeling connected, motivated, and ready to hit “Start” on everything we learned. Here’s to growing together and having fun along the way!
