Since the beginning of COVID-19 we have promised to keep you informed as we update the way we operate in order to comply with state mandates, and to protect the health and safety of our members and our employees. We have continuously updated this page as we have received new information, and as things have changed at our branches. Below you can find the most recently updated information on what you can expect when entering our branches. We sincerely thank you for your patience, and your loyalty during this time of uncertainty.

We are currently offering limited lobby walk-in hours of 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, but our drive-thrus maintain regular hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In order to comply with the state-wide mask mandate and to continue to protect the health and safety of our members and employees, we ask that you wear a mask when visiting one of our branches. Please understand that we may have to ask additional questions to verify your identity due to the wearing of face masks. We encourage that you please continue to practice safe social distancing, utilize hand sanitizing stations, limit your movement in the building, and do not congregate in lobby areas. Our drive-thrus remain open on Saturdays with their regular hours of 9:00 a.m.—1:00 p.m. Please note that all of our ATMs, our online banking suite, and mobile apps will continue to be available 24/7.

Lobby access outside of the posted hours above will continue to be by appointment only. We would also like to encourage anyone considered high risk to make an appointment, so that we may serve you safely. To make an appointment, please visit www.bossierfcu.org/appointment.
