Social Media Contest Official Rules:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED IN THE SOCIAL MEDIA POST, SUBMITTER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.

Social media sweepstakes/contests encourage social media users to engage with our page(s). Bossier Federal Credit Union will provide a prize designated by the post to a randomly selected winner. See below for details.

1. SWEEPSTAKES/CONTEST TIMING: The sweepstakes/contest submission period is designated on the post. Winner to be announced within a week of sweepstakes/contest end.
2. ELIGIBILITY:  Users who follow instruction of the designated post will be entered for a chance to win. Employees working at Bossier Federal Credit Union are not eligible to enter. Winner must be able to claim prize at a Bossier Federal Credit Union location.
3. TO ENTER: during the designated time period, follow the instructions on the designated post and like/follow our page. If you already liked/followed our page you don’t have to re-like/re-follow the page. Entrant must adhere to any other additional rules outlined in the post. You may also enter to win by completing the entry form below for each sweepstakes/contest. You must identify which sweepstakes/contest you are entering. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Bossier Federal Credit Union. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Bossier Federal Credit Union.
4. ODDS: Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of qualified entries.
5. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Entrants cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Bossier Federal Credit Union or its services, products, or other people, products or companies or communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Bossier Federal Credit Union wishes to associate. Bossier Federal Credit Union reserves the right to and will, monitor or screen submissions prior to posting them to entering the sweepstakes/contest. If a winner, you agree that your picture may be posted on Bossier Federal Credit Union social media and related websites, in Bossier Federal Credit Union’s sole discretion.
6. SWEEPSTAKES/CONTEST JUDGING: Winner(s) will be chosen randomly.
7. PRIZE DETAILS: The prize will be defined within the designated post.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Bossier Federal Credit Union or parties donating prizes resulting from submitter’s submission in the sweepstakes/contest in or attempt to participate in the sweepstakes/contest or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the sweepstakes/contest. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Bossier Federal Credit Union or the parties donating prizes for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the sweepstakes/contest: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, cable, satellite, network, electronic, internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the internet or the website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the sweepstakes/contest, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the sweepstakes/contest, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the sweepstakes/contest. Bossier Federal Credit Union is not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes/contest, the uploading, the processing or judging of submissions or votes or the tabulating of votes, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes/contest-related materials. Use of website is at user’s own risk. Bossier Federal Credit Union and parties donating prizes are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user’s or any other person’s computer equipment resulting from participation in the sweepstakes/contest. Should any portion of the sweepstakes/contest be, in Bossier Federal Credit Union’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Bossier Federal Credit Union, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or uploading of submissions, Bossier Federal Credit Union reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes/contest, and select the winners from eligible submissions received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Bossier Federal Credit Union.
9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, all disputes shall be resolved without any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. The laws of the state of Louisiana hereby govern the proceedings at arbitration and judgment at arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees.
10. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the sweepstakes/contest, submitters agree (and agree to confirm in writing) (a) to release Bossier Federal Credit Union donating prizes from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such submitter’s participation in the sweepstakes/contest; and (b) participants waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages. If a finalist/winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize(s) may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. (c) Authorize use of name and image including, social media profile picture(s), for Bossier Federal Credit Union social media.
11. MISCELLANEOUS: The credit union may substitute prizes of equivalent value and amend rules and the sweepstakes/contest at any time. Written copies of these rules are available at all branch locations, via mail, or on our website.
